Remember, small achievable goals!

Let's do this together. Drink some water. Go for a short walk. Say no to one sweet. Go to bed at a good time.

Don't try to do it all at once! Set yourself some reasonable expectations for today. Small changes over a lifetime will give you a whole new life.

Continue to get some sunshine.

Drink a detox tea.

Walk for 30 minutes.
