We are so grateful for every order, knowing that lives around the world are being impacted by your purchase. We strive to ship each order the fastest and safest way possible.

Our goal is to ship within 24 hours of when you place your order. Your box will usually come via USPS or UPS, and you will receive an email with tracking info when the package goes out. We try our best to reuse boxes and packing materials so they don't end up in the landfill, so watch for a repurposed box!

Take advantage of our flat rate shipping of just $4.95 for any size order. If your order is a gift, and you would like to include a note free of charge, just let us know at checkout.

Redemption Market is not responsible for packages that have been lost by our carriers or stolen after delivery. We will do everything we can to assist you in filing a claim or locating your purchase.

Local pickup / free shipping is available, send us a message to make arrangements.

RETURNS

If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you may return it for a full refund. Refund will be issued to same payment method upon receipt of return.
